automation_Techmek01_MultibeltVOLPAGO DEL MONTELLO, Italy: Techmek, a supplier of horticultural machinery, today announced the launch of Multibelt, an automatic machine for making paper pots.

The Multibelt machine has been developed with the goal to achieve really high production of pots, using just one paperpot pipe and providing a really high working flexibility, together with the best quality/price ratio.

The technology, developed by Techmek, is based on the “multibelt concept”, that is on two synchronized belts operating in loading and unloading at the same time. This solution has allowed to achieve a paperpot production up to 15.000 pot/hour, keeping high levels of ease and economy in the format change, which is a really important aspect in this type of processing.

Operating row by row, MULTIBELT requires the format change when you have to change the pot diameter and the type of container too, without any electrical and/or air system changing: in case of format change of the pot together with the container, it is enough to replace only four mechanical components, whereas, in the uncommon case whit no container change, it is enough to replace only the paperpot pipe.

MULTIBELT has been developed to produce pots together with Techmek proven and reliable machines I-POT-PRO-CONT and I-POT-EVO.

Techmek was founded in 2002 from the experience and the passion of Aldo Maggion, born and grown in the field of the most sophisticated installations and industrial automations. The enthusiasm about identifying and realizing automated solutions has led this company evolution, making it more and more competitive both in Italy and abroad.

Techmek mission is to develop solutions that allow its customers to stand out in the horticultural and floricultural market for quality and costs.
