DFG reveals nominations for 2016 Dutch Flower Awards

events_dfgawards-2013AALSMEER, The Netherlands:  A total of nine cut flower and ornamental plant growers will battle it out to win DFG’s coveted Dutch Flower Award. The awards will be presented in the categories cut flowers, plants and international growers. The verdict of the jury will be made public at the Royal FloraHolland Trade Fair on Thursday November 3.

Now in its fifteenth year, the event recognizes committed and trustworthy suppliers.

Van den Berg Roses

Bredefleur

Nominations ornamental plant growers:

Hoogeveen Plants

Elstgeest Potplanten

VDE Plant

Nominations international growers:

Buijnink Internacional (Portugal)

Semperflora (South Africa)

Herberg Roses (Ethiopia)

This year, DFG will again pay special attention to chain partners who deserve special recognition for the intensive and future oriented cooperation between the supplier and Dutch Flower Group companies. After the ceremony of handing over the Dutch Flower Awards to the winners, the names of DFG’s Preferred Partners will be announced.
