Two-toned ‘Altavista’ to make its debut at Aalsmeer auction clock

orn_rose_Altavista17AALSMEER, The Netherlands: It is with much delight that rose grower Bloomingdale Roses from Kenya today announced it has added the two-toned cultivar ‘Altavista’ to their already impressive range of roses. The novelty rose will make its debut at the Aalsmeer auction clock on Friday July 8th.  

ALTAVISTA® is a bi-coloured pink rose and has flower buds of 6-7 cm. and available in lengths of 50 – 70 cm. Bred by NIRP International, ‘Altavista’ delivers excellent keeping quality (at least 12 days) and will be available under the VBN code 118938.

Bloomingdale has, next to ‘Altavista’, the following wide range of large bud varieties T-hybrid roses in production: ‘Athena’, ‘Belle Rose’, ‘Blush’, ‘Double Fashion’, ‘Duett’, ‘Eliza’, ‘Good Times’, ‘Madam Pink’, ‘Madam Red’, ‘Marie Claire’, ‘Mariyo!’ ‘New Orleans’ and ‘Nicoletta’. Stem lengths  vary between 40 to 100 cm. Bloomingdale Roses’ product range includes varieties from renowned roses breeders such as Interplant, Kordes, Nirp International, Preesman, Schreurs.
