Bom Group partners with Vaho Projects to bolster presence in Russia

business_bom_vahoHOEK VAN HOLLAND, The Netherlands: Dutch greenhouse constructor Bom Group is moving into the fast-growing greenhouse crop production market with a joint venture with Vaho, a turnkey specialist in horticultural projects in Russia.

Bom Group chief executive Mike Vermeij and director of Vaho Projects Richard van Holstein, are confident that this new partnership, effective as of  July 1, will seize the opportunities created.

Vaho Projects prides itself on having many years of experience in realizing horticultural turn-key projects in Russia. The company, working closely together with Bom Group, is responsible for over 120 hectares of new greenhouses in Russia, including state-of-the art technology.

Commenting on the new joint venture Vermeij said, “This next step is only a logical one, taking into consideration the long lasting cooperation between our companies and our people. As of July 1, all our activities in Russia will be carried out by Bom Group so we can further increase and strengthen Bom Group’s position in the global market.”
