BOSKOOP, Netherlands: At the Internationale Pflanzenmesse (IPM) in Essen, Germany, BIZZ Holland will again be present on a grand scale in hall 12 (stand number 12A13). The trade fair will be held from 27 to 30 January 2015. The BIZZ Holland entry comprises 65 Dutch businesses. Participants come from the regions of Boskoop, Opheusden, Venlo and Zundert, among other places, and they will be showing the current range of garden plants and trees for 2015.
The 3rd edition of this BIZZ Holland stand at IPM was fully booked very quickly. A number of applications could not even be honoured, despite attempts to secure more square metres from the Messe organisation. The challenge is to set up all of hall 12 as the Holland hall together. The white and orange colours of the revamped BIZZ Holland stand are a taste of what’s in store.
The BIZZ Holland stand also represents the Dutch tree nursery trade fairs Plantarium and Expo TCO. Plantarium will be presenting its 2015 theme and will introduce itself to international participants and visitors to invite them to take part and visit the trade fair in Boskoop between 26 and 29 August 2015. Expo TCO will reveal its long-term plans to put the region of Opheusden on the map as the ultimate standard tree centre of Europe.
Together with IPM-Essen, BIZZ Holland will be organising the Show Your Colours election. Participants in IPM can submit plants and/or concept for the Show Your Colours Award IPM 2015. Entries will be given a prominent spot at the BIZZ Holland stand and the ‘Eingang Ost’ foyer. Entries are assessed by a professional jury, but visitors also get a chance to cast their votes. The award ceremony will take place at the BIZZ Holland stand on Thursday 29 January. Registration is possible until 1 December 2014. The registration form can be downloaded on the website of IPM.
