CCordyline ‘Can Can’ and Cordyline ‘Cha Cha’ are two breathtaking new Cordylines. They distinguish themselves from all other Cordylines by the colour of their leaves. The new leaves of ‘Can Can’ produce clear, variegated pink and red leaves. The mature leaves colour from cream to light green. The new leaves of ‘Cha Cha’ produce clear, variegated apricot to light-brown leaves, while the mature leaves colour from yellow to green.

‘Can Can’ and ‘Cha Cha’ are Cordylines that were cross-fertilized on the basis of the colouring of the older leaves. Both cultivars grow fast and have a healthy system of roots. They are suitable for both the garden and in a container on a terrace. The plants must be protected against serious frost. Cordyline ‘Can Can’ and Cordyline ‘Cha Cha’ are protected under plant breeders’ rights and are entered by Van Vliet New Plants BV from Stroe, who also markets these plants in 2013. They are produced by Peter John Fraser from New Zealand.
